Not just the moments of triumph and beauty, but the really difficult moments of chaos, darkness, and unravelling.
 
Where everything is in the darkness, perhaps it's too hard to keep going, even for one more breath, but then a faint spark appears when we find trust somewhere deep within ourselves. A glimmer of hope.
 
It is only in the most challenging of times do we grow the wings to fly. A butterfly does not know it is going to be a butterfly unless it finds the trust within itself to surrender to death everything it has ever known, rebirths again. Let go and breathe just one more breath... ❤
